It was later featured on the Japanese deluxe version and expanded edition of her debut extended play (EP), dont smile at me. It was additionally featured on the French re-release of her debut album WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?

Billie teased a snippet of the song on her Instagram story before releasing it as a surprise for her fans. The song was produced by Emmit Fenn and co-produced by Finneas O'Connell.

The song is about Billie teasing her ex-boyfriend as she knows he still secretly likes her. She mocks the other relationship he attempted but ended up ending. Billie states that she has moved on.
