"Lo Vas a Olvidar" (Spanish for "You’ll Forget It") is a song by Billie Eilish and Rosalía. It is included on the soundtrack for HBO's original show Euphoria.[1] It was released on January 21, 2021, along with a music video.
Background[]
In February of 2019, Billie stated in an interview with Annie Mac that she had been recording a collaboration with Rosalía. Although not much information was known about the song at the time, it was confirmed that it will be half-English and half-Spanish. Rosalía mentioned in late May of 2019 that the song had not been finished yet at the time. In April 2020 Clever TV reported that Rosalía said that her and Billie were almost finished with the song.
Theme[]
The song is about someone making a mistake in a relationship and being let go by their partner. The person who made the mistake feels as if they are still missed by their partner, and wonders if they will forget what happened. They feel as if they are still important to this person, otherwise why would the person waste their 'poison' or anger, on them.
